Thank you doesnt seem like enough to express my experience with my realtor Darlene Condon Hall. It started two and half years ago as I become administrator to my sisters estate, two and half hours away from my home. From the beginning of this estate process it was an unpredicted situation. I was blind sided with an extremely bad condition I had to tackle to get the property habitable. The first initial phone call to Darlene she expressed sincere interest and guidance. I wasnt ready to hire her at this time as I had a lot to do to prepare the property for the listing market. Darlene stayed in touch and let me know she was there if I needed her. While working on the property Darlene would call or come by to check in on my progress. From the first interaction it felt more like a friend showing up than a realtor. I knew she was the one I needed to get me through this. It took a year and half before the property was ready to be listed. Darlene was patient and gracious throughout it all. She expressed in detail her advice and concerns to help me better understand what my options were moving forward. She was always considerate and supportive of any and all my decisions I made. We listed the house. It took 7 months and our third contingent contract to be a successful purchase. By the time we went to settlement our relationship was three years strong. Not only was she my realtor, a neighbor down the road, a loyal and committed friend, she is a wonderful human with compassion, kindness, guidance and understanding. She helped make what I had to endure just a little bit easier for me. I couldnt ask for a better person to represent me throughout this physical, emotional and mental process I experienced. At the end of it all I think we both learned a lot from each other throughout this time we shared together, something I will value and keep with me throughout my life. Darlene thank you for your patience, your consistency, your loyalty, for understanding and most of all your friendship you showed to me. I wouldnt have wanted to do this with any other realtor.
