The power of a TEAM, and more representation behind the scenes: The Griffin Higgins Team is comprised with over 45 licensed real estate agents spanning all of Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Our office staff includes a Director of Operations, full-time transaction coordinator, listing coordinator and social media coordinator. To compete and fully represent clients in the ever-changing world of real estate, we believe we need specialists. It is very hard for one realtor to be good at listing, representing buyers, getting deals to closing, marketing, and the million other things agents deal with in a regular workday. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Kim Ortiz as our realtor for our first home. The transaction ended up being less than smooth (on the sellers side) but she handled it with ease. The communication was impressive as she kept us in the loop and touched base at least once a day. Kim went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful for her. Our experience with Bogi at The Griffin Higgins Team at Keller Williams Realty really could not have been better. We met serendipitously. We had prepared to bid on the house we ultimately bought, but the Zillow appointed broker was a little slow and someone else beat us to it with a formal offer by a day (not happy). A month later, we were checking out another house to get ideas, and Bogi was hosting the open house. After chatting, we mentioned the previous house, and within 30 seconds, she advised it was back on the market. (The previous broker never even told us). We parted ways with the first broker, worked with Bogi, and for the next 2 months - nary a misstep. Every question we had was either anticipated or answered in (almost) real time. The cadence in "touch points" (and I realize that timing is a personal thing) - perfect. Bogi says she's been at this less than 4 years, but one would think she has 20+ years' experience. We highly recommend Bogi, her team, and all those whom she recommends (closing attorney, inspections, etc.).

We just closed on the sale of my inherited property in Dover. Tracey Vega is an amazing realtor. She took exceptionally good care of me, answered all my many questions quickly, and truly helped me through the entire process. I live in Florida which added some complexity to the sale, but she made the whole process seamless.
