After graduation, Gretchen began a career in law enforcement at the local level and ultimately became a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service. Due to her career in law enforcement, Gretchen has moved from New York, to North Carolina, to finally settling down with her husband and three young children in Centreville, Maryland. We are experienced home buyers and have been blessed with great agents along the way, but none better than our agents from Compass, Chris Byrne who sold our old house and Gretchen Wichlinski who helped us buy our new one. Gretchen aEURoegot usaEUR? right away and helped us find a great home. But she didnt stop there. She ran herd on the entire process from getting the inspection, negotiating the contingencies, pushing the loan officer and arranging an easy closing. She kept us informed, and everyone else on their toes. She was very responsive to our requests for her time at the new house while it was under contract. Wed highly recommend Gretchen, to buy or sell. Attention to detail is very important in the home buying process and she was a master at that. Plus she is a delightful person as well!
