Gretchen was exceptional. She understood what my husband and I each were looking for in a home and attempted to mesh those wishes together and made our time visiting properties concise (an important attribute as we live in another state). She was extremely prompt in her responses to all and any questions we posed and responded with detailed information. At times, Gretchen would also pre-scout properties to ensure that our limited physical time in the area was productive. In the end, we actually bought a home recommended by her for us to see, which was not on our radar (despite endless hours of internet searching).

Well what can we, say about Gretchen; vibrant, friendly, knowledgeable, insightful, organized, motivated and dedicated. You could not choose a better partner in your house buying adventure. Gretchen did an excellent job helping us find just the right house. Gretchen's work ethic is obviously off the charts; she provided us (almost instantly) with the best information we could have to evaluate houses before we saw them. And as we looked through houses, Gretchen was a valued and grounded source of calm. We could get charmed by something about a house, and kind of forget what we said was important, until Gretchen reminded us. She wasn't there to get us to make an offer on the first house we saw, Gretchen patiently stayed with us until we found a house we'll be happy with for a long time. For her hard work, her highly ethical behavior, her knowledge of the market, and her easy going personality, I would definitely recommend Gretchen to anyone.
