Tony was thorough in explaining the process, what to expect, and available at any time for questions. His overall commitment to his clients was apparent; I never felt like I was bothering him with yet another question. ZillowVERIFIED I had to sell a house that had gotten too big and expensive for me. Tony and Gretchen came in and helped me declutter the house. Tony made numerous trips up and down the stairs with things too heavy or bulky for me to move. They had a professional photographer come in to take photos. They got a buyer in contract in 30 days, something a previous realtor hadnt done in seven months, and they negotiated a rent-back that allowed me time to find a new house. It was a rough market for buyers, multiple offers being made on many properties. Gretchen promised me that I would get a place that met my needs and in a neighborhood where I felt comfortable. There is no option to rent for a woman with five cats. The cats were a huge problem with the first realtor - who said she could work with it then immediately after listing the house, starting trying to get me to take them elsewhere. Tony and Gretchen never even blinked and they absolutely came through for me. I have a house that meets all of my needs in a neighborhood where I feel comfortable and for a price that works for me. They got estimates for work needing to be done before I moved and found someone to do the work. Tony kept an eye on it when I couldnt and even called me from Costco when he saw flooring that he thought I would like - and it was perfect. I never doubted that they had my best interests at heart. Besides being the best realtors Ive ever worked with, they are just genuinely nice people. I like them and I cant possibly say enough nice things about them. Call Hughes Realty if you need a realtor. They are both wonderful!

Unfortunately, that deal fell through at the last minute. Tony had kept the listing alive and RESOLD it within a week. Smooth transaction, all handled by them, and the COE was in Mid January!
