About Gretchen Haga

After living near Seattle, Washington for most of my life, my family moved to Southern New Hampshire for my husband's job in 2008. He is a Navy Veteran pilot that needed a manageable commute to Logan airport. In addition, we needed a town that had a wonderful school district for our two kids. We love our school district and have had fabulous success with the special education program. We didn't know a single person when we moved across country. I have built my real estate business from the bottom up utilizing my ability to connect well with others and my extensive knowledge with the local real estate market. My personal experience with buying and selling has also helped shape how I negotiate, market, and help my buyers. I have personally bought new construction homes, existing homes, done flips, investment properties and rentals. Learning by doing has helped me to understand both sides of a transaction and gives me the advantage of knowing what to expect and possible surprises that can arise. With multiple transactions under my belt I am able to write offers that stand out in a multiple offer situation to beat out those dreaded multiple offer situations. When listing a home, first impressions are everything. Utilizing my team of professionals and my eye for staging, I am able to help my Sellers create an amazing marketing campaign to help them get top dollar. Gretchen was chosen for her experience and knowledge of the area. She is super responsive, knows the process well, and always will to help. We had some interesting developments with inspections, remediations, and other requests. She was there to answer, provide guidance, and just be someone you can talk through the process with. We hired Gretchen for our home sale to move cross country. She sent us packing boxes, recommended movers, and suggested we move out and she would stage the home so we didnt have to worry about living in the home while showings were happening. Since we were not in the area she helped us out by going and doing things for us to maintain the home while we were gone even! After an unfortunate buyer fall through she pivoted and was able to get our home resold in a timely manner and guided us through multiple scenarios for best case outcome. Gretchen was great to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. She helped us to find a house in the area we were looking and even gave advice and helped us when we had issues selling our previous home out of state. After the purchase of our home she has been a valuable source of knowledge to find various contractors in the area for fence installation etc. I hope to never move again, but if I do Gretchen would definitely be my first call.
