Greta made it easy to sell a house from several states away. She arranged for all repairs and oversaw all contingencies so that the property sold quickly. I would definitely seek her out again should the need arise.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta was amazing throughout our entire process, which to be honest was quite taxing. She was beyond helpful with all of the smaller tasks that I was unfamiliar with and she was very well versed in all of the stipulations surrounding our loan.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta is an amazing realtor! She was very patient with us as we viewed several houses to find the right one for our family. She is very knowledgeable about the area and local trends. Her online dashboard is an excellent way to see all the new houses that come on the market. Greta also tailors the dashboard to your preferences. She was available whenever I needed her. I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Greta Clark worked as our buyer agent and helped us find our 1st family home. As a growing family we have many wants and needs and she was able to help us get them all in one place. She knew the answers to our questions before we asked them and when we hit a wall she had contacts to help get us moving again. At our closing she even got us a house warming gift ! I wouldn't recommend using anyone else but Greta for buying or selling your home!

ZillowVERIFIED Greta is my go-to person for realty in the Lakeway area. She is very knowledgeable and is well respected in the area. If you need a realtor who actively works the market, call Greta. She strives to make sure her clients find what they are looking for in property...she doesn't force the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta was great at helping us find the right home for us. We told her what we wanted and she showed up with a list of houses to visit. It didn't take long to find the right one and once we did, she did everything she could to move the process as quickly and smoothly as possible including recommending a great mortgage company. If we ever sell or buy again we will be giving her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta is a joy to work with. We have used her 3 times now. We will look to her in the future for any real estate transactions. She is quick to respond. Highly recommend to use her in all your real estate needs. She listened to what type of home we were looking for and only brought us to homes that met our criteria. She was voted the Lakeway Area Realtor of the Year. When we had questions if she did not know the answer she always got us in touch with someone that did. Each closing we have had with her has went smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta did an outstanding job in the listing, sale and closing process. I would use again & recommend her to anyone. Greta followed up several time with ultimate buyer to encourage interest. I think this may have been the critical difference in selling this house. The house sold in less than six months. Greta was very professional and honest during the listing process and as it turned out very accurate in the price she recommended to list the house at.

ZillowVERIFIED The experience of buying or selling a home can be over whelming at time, unless; you have Greta Clark as your realtor. During my process of buying a home, many challenges arose, and Greta walked me through each one. She showed patients, as I was unable at time to decide on what I wanted or was looking for. In addition, during the process, problems with the mortgage loan provider arose and Greta quickly put in place a new and better-suited l mortgage loan provider. More so, it was after I closed that Greta showed just how great a relator she is. A few weeks after I closed on the home I experienced trouble with the home warranty. Greta found out about the situation and quickly got involved she followed me through the process until it was resolved. Thus, to me that showed how much Greta Clark cares about the people she deals with. I have recommended Greta to several people who share my same thoughts.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta helped me find a condo in northeastern Tennessee in an amazing short amount of time....and there are not many condos in that part of TN. Everything went very smoothly and she went out of her way to help. I would have to say that I consider her a friend now as well as a great realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Greta worked hard for us. Some of the homes were quite a distance from each other and she had showing times all ready set. She gave us time to ourselves at each home so we could discuss in private our thoughts. She also gave insight to things we may not have thought of. She did not just try to sell us a home. She wanted us to be happy with our choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta is very knowledgeable in real estate, and very much a professional. I was moving from out of state to Morristown and had been looking online at homes. I had a long list of ones I wanted to preview. Greta took me to see all those homes, but the one that I liked best and ultimately purchased was the one she had added to the list herself! As the agent for the buyer, she looked out for my best interests and helped in every way she could, as I have discovered it is not easy to buy a home long-distance. I highly recommend choosing Greta to be your real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Greta was just awesome. We made the decision to move to East Tennessee in 2008. My brother suggested Greta. Greta paid close attention to what we were looking for in a home. When we went up to look at homes, she picked out several to our specifications. Greta was so helpful in the negotiation process, in fact, she met us on Easter Sunday to submit our offer. Two years later we decided to move back to Louisiana. Of course we used Greta to sell our home. It was bad timing for the housing market and it took two years for our Tennessee home to sell. During the time the house was on the market, Greta went by often and checked on the house. She even found a renter to help ease the financial burden of the house just sitting on the market. Not only is Greta the best real estate agent you could ask for, but we consider her a very special friend.
