ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our house, a friend of ours recommended that we contact Team Tsougranis at Keller Williams. Simply put, Julia and Gregory were great in putting our house on the market and aptly handling the logistics of a real estate sale. Thanks to them, we were able to sell the house in under five days. We're grateful to Team Tsougranis and especially Julia, for the great experience we've had selling our NY house.

ZillowVERIFIED Gregory was amazing and went beyond and above all expectations in selling our home. He was there at every step, multiple open houses, the inspection, the appraisals, the walkthrough and the closing. When I expressed doubts he was reassuring. With his support and most importantly his knowledge of the market he took all the stress out of the process. Would highly recommend Gregory.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Gregory and his outstanding realtor team to sell my house, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, Gregory and his team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final closing, Gregory guided me through every step of the selling process with precision and care. His attention to detail and market knowledge ensured that my house was priced competitively and marketed effectively, resulting in a quick sale that exceeded my expectations. Not only did Gregory and his team sell my house in a flash, but they also provided excellent communication and support throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and I always felt like a valued client. Overall, I cannot recommend Gregory and his team highly enough. If you're looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond to help you achieve your real estate goals, look no further than Gregory and his exceptional team. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Gregory is wonderful! Gregory and his partner, Julia, have already helped me find a rental property twice. They both know exactly what they are doing, are extremely flexible, advocate for their client, and truly want to make the overall process as smooth and seamless as possible. I would highly recommend using their services if you are ever looking for a rental property or home ownership.

ZillowVERIFIED Gregory was excellent to work with. Though I never met him in person since I am an out of state resident, he was very attentive to all of my concerns and responsive to all my phone calls. He made good suggestions for repairs and upgrades that would make the property ready for sale. He also recommended reliable and competent people to handle any problems and repairs. His teammate/wife, Julia, also participated in moving things along in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them both as realtors. They both went above and beyond anything that I expected of them. Kudos to both Gregory and Julia for a job well done??

ZillowVERIFIED While Greg was outstanding throughout my entire home sale process completing in January 2023, there were 3 aspects that were particularly exceptional: 1. The marketing - The listing was beautifully worded. The pictures highlighted the inside and outside architecture. The video was incredible! It was like watching a mini-movie tying everything together. 2. The time and effort researching the neighborhood and prior sales. 3. The thorough buyer vetting process. Greg was a pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Gregory and his team are top of the class. He is very knowledgeable of the area and he held multiple open houses and sent out marketing materials through the mail. In my case, I was so worries about the sale at the beginning but I got 5 offers over the course of 2 months and ended up taking the highest all cash offer. Each time there was some hiccup, Gregory was first to do all the follow ups to keep things moving. He also recommended great attorney to work with. If you are looking to buy/sell in the Bronx, Gregory is the man to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Our Experience with Mr. Gregory Tsougranis and his team was nothing but excellent!!! We had a very hard time trying to sell our AS IS property for over a year. Once we switched brokers to work with Greg we had multiple offers right from the start, from the right cliental that understood the complexity of our sale. This was all due to Greg's knowledge of properties and his ability to match the right buyer to the right seller. Greg kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. Greg was professional and I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell their home, especially if you have complexities associated with your property. Greg was able to find us a buyer that gave us more than the asking price !!!!

He and his team helped us with many details including moving to another state, preparing the property for sale, open houses, picking the best offer, and responding to the buyers concerns. ZillowVERIFIED I could not say enough great things about my experience with Julia Egrova and the Keller Williams team. This is the first property I have purchased and it was with my husband and my sister so Julia ( our Agent) had lots of needs and wants from the 3 of us to consider when showing us homes. She was amazing at guiding us and showing us homes that fit our criteria and were in our budget. Everyone told us the process would be long and grueling but after only a few showings Julia showed us our Dream home that covered everything everyone was looking for and then some. But that was the easy part we would have lost our minds if she wasnt there to guide us all the way to the end. When we did come to a bump in the Road ( due to title and survey issues) Julias Knowledge and experience really set her apart, she was always available to answer questions we had and even facilitated communications with all the attorneys involved. As first time homebuyers Julia and her team at Keller Williams made this experience as stress free and easy as I imagine it could have gone. I would recommend any one looking to buy or sell to contact Julia immediately, you will know from your first meeting she is the Agent you want on your side! Thank you Julia, Gregory and Keller Williams Team for putting us in our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Gregory and his team did an excellent job marketing and selling my coop. Coops are a difficult proposition and I had moved from the area. Their professionalism gave me confidence - especially important since I couldn't be there. After a cash buyer did not meet management/board approval (about 45days) It was relisted, sold and transacted in 90 days at asking price. He an his team were instrumental in preparing the unit - preparation, repair and presentation for showing and sale. I could not be happier with the process and results.

ZillowVERIFIED Gregory was recommended to us by a longtime friend. When we first met with him he took as much time as needed to get to know the way we imagined our dream home and helped us to reach that goal. He is energetic and takes time to become more than a realtor. Gregory was willing any time to make appointments for house showings and kept us informed about open houses. In searching for a proper house we never felt pushed or obligated to make any decision. He was patient, kind and considerate and kept us informed throughout the entire buying process. His knowledge and commitment to help us to buy a new house was extraordinary. It has been a pleasure to work with Gregory and we highly recommend him to those who are looking to for a broker who is willing to establish more than a business relationship.

Julia was incredible from the second we met until today's date (she is helping me find a tenant) and has ALWAYS, ALWAYS made herself available to me no matter the date and/or time for all my questions, comments or concerns. They are not pushy or quick to get you into a house. Julia would Always tell me and my wife "you have to love the house, don't settle, you will know when you see it!". I was NEVER made to feel like I was bothering or inconveniencing her or Greg in this process. They ALWAYS had a smile and were eager to go on 3, 5, 7 and one day a 10 house viewing trip.I will and have definitely recommended them and will continue to do so every opportunity I get! He's kind and efficient; can be tough when he needs to be; good at communicating and keeping you in the loop; and a good listener. He always goes the extra mile -- he has even hand-delivered things personally when we desperately needed it. He's the best in the Bronx! Don't go with anyone else!! You won't regret it.
