Working with George was a breeze! Beyond his extensive knowledge in navigating the home buying process, George brings another level of added expertise with a keen eye for structural/cosmetic issues in homes from his past experience in being part of home renos, beyond that of a normal real estate salesperson. Greg was a terrific help in selling my Moms house. He gave us suggestions on items that needed to be done before the home went on the market. When we were ready Greg had a plan that worked in the challenging Covid market. The pictures, video, and virtual tour were absolutely wonderful. Three offers came to the table and the house sold for over asking after only two weeks. I could not have asked for more assistance.
