He treated me like I was his only customer, knowing that each of us is eager and in tune with our own individual situation and he shows the appreciation of all of us as individuals. When we toured different homes, he was quick to point out items for me to look at , all sides; just the reality. Example- home might be lovely, but has an aging HVAC system to be aware to budget for- but that does not have to be a deterrent to purchase. Greg picked right up on little nuances of preferences for me as well. And as we toured- he intuitively knew which home was the one I wanted. He encouraged without making a recommendation or pushing it one way or the other.I ended up getting the exact home I wanted. I am truly grateful for his expertise and guidance all the wat.

ZillowVERIFIED Gregs Review Highly recommend! My husband and I had been living in our first home for 20 years when we finally decided it was time to make a move. Greg and his team were amazing through what turned out to be a long and sometimes arduous process. Greg set us up with a designer who came and spent a good deal of time with us in every room to provide tips on how we could improve the spaces if we chose to (all optional). We did take all of her recommendations and got to work. Then COVID hit and the market shut down making it impossible to buy or sell homes. The moment the market opened back up, homes were selling so fast you had to get in early and make a decision quick. Greg never hesitated to seemingly drop everything and make sure we were able to see the homes we wanted quickly, sometimes even within the hour so that we had time to structure a bid if it was a home we were interested in. Because the market was so competitive, we lost out on several homes and were starting to get very discouraged but Greg and his team kept us going - personally hunting for homes that would check all our boxes. We finally found the perfect home and thanks to Greg, we were able to structure a really strong offer that put us on top! Once our offer was accepted, we hit a stumbling block with our first lenders appraisal that put our deal in jeopardy. Greg stepped in and immediately and personally set us up with another lender who was able to save the deal by getting us approved and through appraisal and underwriting in record time. And then it was time to sell our home which Greg did expertly - we had 46 showings in 2 days and over 15 offers - most well over asking. It was an incredibly difficult decision but we narrowed it down to a top 3 but really needed guidance regarding the nuances between each. Greg sat down with us and made sure every single one of our questions was answered making us feel confident we were making the right decision on a buyer for the home we raised our family in. We truly appreciate Greg, Christine, Fern, Keith and any other member of Gregs network that helped bring our long and sometimes emotional journey to a happy close. We are delighted and its all thanks to Gregs commitment to us! We have already recommended him to a friend who is now in her new home as well and will continue to recommend him to others who are in the market.

He had given us a flow chart that showed us start to finish the whole buying process. He then asked what we were looking for in house style, and used various tools that helped narrow our price range and area. I loved his mannerisms and sense of humor. He pulls it off with being a straight up guy that tells it how it is. He is very easy to get a hold of when it comes to texting, calling or emailing. He always was available to check out a house the same day that was requested of him.
