He was flexible with his schedule, working around ours, easy to communicate with, and extremely knowledgable. He was happy to work within our price range - even though a good handful of the homes we found were less than desirable - he still happily showed them to us, and he found ones that we wouldn't necessarily have had on our radar. Either way, he was always very professional, letting us gauge the house and getting our reactions before he offered his, which we both appreciated. His background experience was helpful and also appreciated, an added bonus in a realtor. We liked him instantly, and he's made the whole process so much more comfortable and not scary!

Greg was so timely at responding, and went out of his way to help us numerous times. If we found a house we loved, Greg was incredibly flexible to help us look at it the day of. When we were putting offers on houses, it felt like he was personally invested and in this with us- even staying up late to help make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated Greg's straightforward nature and background as a contractor. He knows exactly what to look for. I learned about foundations, basements, water heaters, roofing- he really knows it all! Since we were new at this, I asked a million questions and Greg was always patient and thorough and honestly made the process fun!
