They had done their homework on the house and neighborhood, and quickly recognized things that differentiated the house from its comps. This resulted in them suggesting an aggressive (and ultimately appropriate) asking price. From there, the process went smoothly and quickly. I live out of town, so I needed things to be easy and to get done in my absence, and Janet and Greg met those expectations. Once we went to market, we quickly had offers in-hand, and they negotiated a great result for us that also reasonably addressed any concerns the buyers had. I couldn't be happier with the speed and outcome of the process.
