ZillowVERIFIEDGreg did a great job assisting me in selling my home. He had a very good knowledge of the market's price in my area and gave me good advice. He set up regular Monday check-ins with updates and was always available to take my calls. I found him to be very personable and easy to communicate with. Also, he was involved in all aspects of the sale as well as the closing. I found the entire process of selling my home much easier with Greg.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I connected with Gregory Dalessio to sell our home while we were building our new home. We had spoken with other realtors prior to this and had awful experiences to say the least. From the first pre-list meeting, to the many showings and multiple offers, and eventually to the closing table and beyond, Gregory made a very stressful process much less stressful. Gregory was always there to answer questions, no matter how crazy the question!!! He is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients as if they are family!!! Thank you Gregory and Greenergy Realty for everything! We couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Greg made the sale and purchase of our home an easy experience. As I was stressing over it he helped ease the way. Greg's knowledge of the local market in both new and existing homes was excellent. Paperwork was timely and made very easy. Greg always wants you to have the info you need to make an informed decision. I would recommend Greg to others and use his services again.

ZillowVERIFIED Gregory took care of my property in Port St Lucie FL for over 2 years after we moved back to the Midwest. We initially rented the property and Gregory managed the rent payments and taking care of the property and communicating with the tenant on a regular basis. He handled all of the typical landlord issues that would occur such as making sure that the house and tenants were protected during the hurricane last year and made sure that the hurricane shutters were installed properly . When we decided to sell our home. He did a great job with the marketing and negotiating and made sure that we received the best offer. All in all, I highly recommend Gregory as an agent for selling or renting your home

ZillowVERIFIED About five months ago we were approved to buy a home. Greg went above an beyond to where we literally had to do none of the work. Greg found all of the houses and set up all of the appointments. Even when there was a full day of nothing that we were happy with, he was there to guide us and most definitely if it weren't for him we would have been a lot more stressed and discouraged. Once we found the house that we were so in love with he went back and fourth to get us to where we wanted to be. Greg went to bat for us multiple times and ultimately helped us with even more than expected to where we may close comfortably. I must say that having Greg by our side ever step of the way has made us feel even more comfortably set for in the future for our next purchase in a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was awesome from the get go. I originally seeked his help re selling my property in tradition FL in PSL last year. He discussed my property in great detail and demonstrated great knowledge and familiarity of the real estate market in the area . He also never pressured me to make a decision to sell my property. I chose to rent my property for a year with a different rental management co and then my renter moved out without proper notice . I called Greg again and he suggested keeping the house another year before selling. He also agreed to rent and manage my property. Within 1 week, he found not 1 but 3 prospective qualified renters and performed all of the background and credit checks and HOA approval and had the best renter in my property in a week . I was thoroughly impressed with everything that Greg has done and highly recommend him to anyone .

ZillowVERIFIED Greg came through for me - 3 times! I am a licensed real estate agent in a different part of the state, so I naturally was looking for someone with tremendous drive, experience and marketing knowledge in the Port Saint Lucie area real estate market - I had 3 properties I needed to sell! I chose Greg because of his many years of experience, and can-do attitude and delightful personality. It DOES matter that you choose someone who is personable, is a great communicator - and even has a great sense of humor! Selling real estate can be very stressful, so having someone to talk through it with you really helps - Greg is the guy! Greg gave me expert pricing advice, very thoroughly analyzing the market and reporting unbiased updates to me on a regular basis. Every offer and negotiation was handled smoothly and professionally. I was especially tough on price in all three negotiations, and Greg stuck to it and we were able to put all three properties under contract - and all three CLOSED! Give Greg a call - I know you will find him to be the right Realtor for your needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Previously, I had purchased 7 homes over a 40 year period. By far, Greg Dalessio was the best agent I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable about the market and listened to what type of home we wanted and our price range. Greg did an extensive search and found the exact type of property we were looking for. Home buying can be stressful, however Greg helped us every step of the way and we are very pleased to recommend Greg to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Met Gregg Dalessio by following Zillow on my phone while house hunting. Both were a real Blessing for us. He gave me the facts of this home and the area it was located. He was well prepared with all the information that allowed us to place an offer on the home within 0ne hour. A few days later, we were informed that it was accepted and we were able to close the deal very soon while we were at our home in another state. Zillow and Gregg make a great team.Kelly and Jeanie Aldrich 5 South Ridgeview Road, Stuart Fl.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was referred to me by my Uncle who also had an outstanding experience with Greg and my experience has surpassed all expectations especially since it was a long distance relationship for me. Greg took care of everything seamlessly and I felt 100% confident that I was in expert hands. Greg sold our house to qualified buyers within the first couple of days being on the market! Greg also took care of handling all the red tape of selling my Dad's house as far as procuring the necessary legal documents for me as executor of my dad's will and made sure everything was in order for settlement. What could have been a huge burden for me living in PA and trying to sell my dad's house in Fl was virtually effortless largely because of Greg's expertise and professionalism. I would without hesitation recommend Greg to anyone looking for a realtor in FL.
