If we could give 6 stars we would! Greg Demaras has helped us with two separate home purchases now and this second experience was even better than the first. Greg was not only responsive to our questions and needs, he was also proactive and anticipated next steps and strategies for us. Greg did an incredible job showing us the area as well as giving us local knowledge we did not know. He was flexible with our schedule and allowed all the time we needed to go through homes and see the surrounding areas. We are moving to Florida so there has been a significant amount of time needed for inspections, improvements and other items that Greg watched over as we were not in state. Even after the close he continues to be a valuable team member for us in helping with last minute items. His communications are quick and reliable. I worked with Greg when I was helping my parents find a home so I already knew I would work with him when finding my first home. Greg was so helpful during the entire process. As a first time home buyer I had many questions and he answered them all so that I could best understand the process. We house hunted on the weekends because that worked best with my work schedule. He accompanied me during the home inspection to make sure I understood everything and even met with the plumber on a separate occasion so I didnt have to take more time off from work. The process of purchasing a home is stressful and frightening but with Greg by my side I felt very comfortable as he kindly walked me through each step.

Before relocating to Florida our California realtor interviewed candidates to be our realtor here in the Estero, Florida area. Final recommendation was Greg Demaras of Pfeifer Realty Group. Greg was indispensable in our search for a home. Even though we were interested in new construction only we highly recommend having a realtor represent you. Having Greg as our advocate gave us a sense of comfort, security, in what can be an overwhelming task, especially with new construction. Greg provided excellent insight on the builders, the neighborhood values, and lot & upgrade selections as it pertains to future resale values. He was key to negotiating additional Closing Cost credits with builder's mortgage company. We went from an $8,000 incentive to $20,000. Amazing!!! Greg also went above and beyond by helping us get acclimated to the area.
