ZillowVERIFIEDQuite possibly the worst realtor in the world. Did not help us at all. A very poor communicator. We were shocked - he would send us random documents to sign without telling us what they were and how they would affect us. Also neglected to tell us the gas was not yet hooked up so we moved into our home and we are still without hot water and heat, flame for our gas stove. We had a washer and dryer delivered only to have them taken back because they were electric, they needed to be gas which he neglected to tell us. He didnt negotiate best price or interior finishes properly, at one point he asked me to order tile for the builder and he would pay me back, so I did and he never paid me back. I had to scramble to get them returned eventually and was able to get a refund luckily.He also told us to move out of our home in San Francisco as the house would be ready in mid October / that ended up not being true - we ended up living in a hotel for a month and paying extra moving storage costs. It cost us over $15 extra. We tried to ask for another realtor to help but his boss Sandy did nothing to help. She is terrible and so is Gregorio. I would not do business with him again. If I were the real estate board Id look into revoking is lisence.
