ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about how wonderful the process was start to finish with Gregg. We emailed him and within an hour he responded. He was attentive and quick with his responses from the beginning which is what is needed in this housing market where houses are going as quick as 4 days. Not only was he quick and attentive but he knows his stuff in all areas of the buying process. Hes done construction and knew what to look for when walking through houses. He wasnt afraid to get dirty and was willing to crawl through dirty spaces to make sure everything was what it should be. When we finally found the house we wanted, it didnt have delayed negotiations so we had to get on it quick. We emailed him late on Memorial Day and he responded early the next morning. By 3:30 that afternoon we had a walk through and by 6:00 that night our offer was in and we got the house the next day. He helped us with finding the best rate with our mortgage company, he helped us with attorneys for signing and through it all made sure everything was 100% before we signed anything. After buying our house, it didnt end there with Gregg. He has a person for everything we could possibly needaEUR| landscapers, electrician, etc. 10/10 highly recommend Gregg.

In our process, we worked with both Laura and Gregg and they treated each visit and offer as if they were putting in the work for their own home! The process can be stressful at times, but Laura kept us in the loop, remained positive (but also honest and realistic), and never made it feel like we were bothering her with our million questions at all times of the day/night. Laura really took the time to learn what we wanted and were looking for and was able to then be critical in some of the houses we looked at to ensure we would be happy for years to come, she really does serve as an advocate for you and your home buying experience. Even after the purchase was complete and we had closed, they don't just abandon you, but welcome you into the GC Homes family for life! We ended up exactly where we were meant to be and that is 100% because of the work and effort from Laura!!
