As an experienced broker on one of the top teams in Greater Portland, I am analyzing market dynamics and pricing in real time to better guide my clients' buying and selling decisions. When listing a property, my team uses both old school know how and cutting edge marketing to effectively reach likely buyers. Over the past 3 years, my team has sold 100 homes per year on average and we have the lowest days on market of any agency. Originally from North Carolina, I came to New England for graduate school. Shortly after finishing school, I moved to Portland where I met my wife. Although originally drawn by Maine's great outdoors, my wife and I have chosen to raise a family here because of the people and communities that we have come to know and love. We consider ourselves fortunate to be part of the fabric of the greater Portland community and strive to give back to Maine's environment and people through our work.



What are you most passionate about?

" My family and I love getting outdoors to exercise, play and learn. In the winter months, I stay active cross-country and downhill skiing. I am also an aspiring woodworker. During the summer months, I enjoy cycling, camping, and fly-fishing. As a life long soccer player, I am thrilled to watch my daughter get involved in the sport. "
