ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Greg was excellent. We were first time homebuyers, and he was very patient with us and made sure we understood every step of the process. We selected him because of his knowledge of the North Boroughs area, where we were interested in purchasing a house. He lives in the area, so we trusted his judgment. Greg was very responsive to all of our needs. He met with us at various hours of the day and at various locations, without much notice from us, even agreeing to stay with us later in the evening to better accommodate our work schedules. When selecting a realtor, we worried that they might pressure us into spending more money than we wanted. Greg never gave us an ounce of pressure, even though our budget itself was on the lower side. He helped us negotiate an appealing price for the house. He stuck with us through the closing process, making sure we were aware of what we needed to do at all times and when things were due. He was very personable. Since my husband and I were brand new to the home buying process, Greg looked out for us - we knew he wouldn't let us make unwise decisions when purchasing a house. We have already recommended Greg to my in-laws, and we will continue to recommend him to anyone else in the area looking for a reliable realtor.

Being that he has owned rental properties, he was very knowledgeable in this area and his insight was very helpful. We were originally looking for a home in Pittsburgh but due to many reasons we decided to stay in our hometown of Butler. Even though Greg is a Pittsburgh-based Realtor, we liked him so much we asked him to help us find a home in Butler. He had no problem driving an hour to our hometown many times in the process of finding our home. We love our new house and working with Greg was a pleasure. I had several goals in purchasing my first property that Greg understood from the very first time I spoke with him. He then used that knowledge to help me buy exactly what I was looking for.Buying a house is a huge decision with a lot involved and even though Greg's patience and knowledge didn't make me fearless (though no one's could), it certainly reassured me. He has a great understanding of the enormous amount of factors that go into evaluating a property, the process of buying/selling, geographical areas, and just about anything else real estate related. I believe this is why he's very effective in negotiating. He could actually come up with convincing arguments to persuade us to do the right thing. He focused on our expectations and needs. He had a very good sense of the real estate market and back it up with industry knowledge. He was able to balance all of our interests in a way that we were all satisified.
