I worked with Danielle Brown-Weiss as my agent. She is extremely professional, quick to respond, and cares about the client getting exactly what they want. I told her I wasn't sure what I was looking for in a home right away and she told me "I don't care if we have to look at 1 million homes, as long as we find the right home for you!" It's hard to find a realtor and a realty company that really care about the client and what they want, but Greg Stearn and his team embody those qualities in a business. We reached out to him a year before we went onto the market because we didn't know what all was going to be involved in the sale process and what it would take to get our house ready for sale. After spending some time looking at our house and talking to us we decided to wait and spend the time getting our house ready right. There was no pressure from Greg and he was always willing to answer a quick question.Once we were finally ready to make our move Greg and his entire team were on board. The main reason I decided to use them to market my home was that their process was very through and eliminated potential issues that could kill a deal. By doing the inspections up front we knew that my septic needed replaced prior to going on the market. This allowed us to increase our price to recoup a portion of the cost of a new septic system. It allowed us to sell for more than I thought possible. We sold above asking price!
