Mi went above and beyond to find us a home. Initially, we were searching for a lot to build a house. After many failed attempts, we found a house that we loved. Mi was very patient with us, a great communicator, and overall a pleasure to work with. A++++

We are a first time home buyers and didn't know anything about the process. We met Greg through a real estate website and he was there to guide us through every step. We had some glitches with loan processing but he talked to the listing agent and bought us some time. It is a pleasent experience to work with Greg.

What can I say! Greg is AWESOME! My fiancA(C)e and I were finally in the market for our first house. We chose Greg because we thought he was best fit to find out a house and he did! After looking at multiple places we were able to find our new home that we absolutely love. Greg was able to guide us throughout the whole process which made things a lot less stressful when it comes to home buying. We would absolutely go back to him when its time to sell and find our next home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Greg is the best real estate partner I could ever ask for!! My fiancA(C) and I worked with Greg in purchasing our first home! We didnt know what to expect for the process or how to be competitive in a sellers market. Greg was there throughout the whole emotional roller coaster with me - and mind you, I was all sorts of crazy. Home buying definitely brought out the worst in me. There were times when Id cry and want to give up because someone just put in an all cash offer on my dream home and Id be down in the slumps for a few days. There were also times when I wanted to flip a table over because I felt like the world was against me - we didnt have the best experience with the listing agents we worked with. Greg was there for me through it all - he was always positive, kept my spirits up, and motivated me to continue searching. We ended up closing on a home we really liked and Greg did his research to make sure we stayed within market value of the home!Greg is super responsive, even at odd hours in the morning and night. Hes also very connected in the industry - he introduced us to a great mortgage broker/lender and we were able to lock in a great interest rate. If youre looking for a supportive partner throughout the home buying process, then look no further! Gregs someone that will be as invested as you are, if not more, to find that dream home for you. And if you hit a few bumps on the road during the search and want to make a stop to flip some tables, Greg will be right there with you :) What more can you ask for?

Buying a single-family home is scary. That too with the pandemic, house prices skyrocketing, you never know if you are overbidding, if it's the right time, should you wait a month or two, if the sellers can be trusted and the list goes on. But with Greg on our side, we definitely felt like we were in trusted hands. He was so responsive, answered all my panic calls, was very patient throughout the process, and even suggested a mortgage lender with whom we were pretty happy. He not only was with us through the sale but also helped us with post-sale problems we faced with our sellers. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who wants someone to trust, explain the process, be responsive, and you know, make a cool new friend in the process.

Greg is simply the best!! His cheerful personality made me feel like I was communicating with my friend vs just being a business transaction. Greg was open, honest, and responsive throughout the entire buying process. Buying a house in this economy can be stressful, Greg made it easy. First offer accepted, and we closed in 21 days. 10/10 would recommend!

Greg has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, flexible, and kind through the whole buying process. Despite the current challenging market conditions, we were able to get a house in a good price and closed in a timely manner all due to Gregs insight and expertise. He would always be available & replied to us calmly and helped us navigate all the obstacles whenever we had any concerns. he spent time in explaining and made sure we were well informed. He has been helpful reliable agent through the whole process, and we really appreciate his efforts in this competitive market to find us our house and we have already referred him to lot of our friends and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

Greg is one of the most instrumental person that came to me, and my family's lives recently. He is smart, passionate, knowledgeable and loves every moment of what he does.My experience partnering with him in our quest to sell and find a new home is quite remarkable. Selling my old place in as quick as possible with a time line on a contingent offer we made for another home was so amazingly-bearable and quite an exciting-feeling every time I go back to the things that we had went through and what we had accomplished.Greg had made a significant impact in my daughter's life the moment he fully take on the challenge we had on hand without looking at the price-point and had provided his best to make our American dream come true.Thank you Greg! You are amazing!-Mike, Abie and Zoe...
