ZillowVERIFIED Ive purchased several home in the past. This last purchase was for land rather than a home. Even with that, Greg was the easiest to connect with, followed through better than Ive experienced, and more communicative than I would have expected. It was a pleasure working with Greg.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg Seger is a fantastic realtor. We liked him right away and the more we worked with him we knew we made the right choice. Greg is professional, responsive, friendly and informative. Greg was always available for any questions through text, email or phone anytime of the day. A lot of this process was done 140 miles apart, but he always immediately responded. He is very knowledgeable about the entire Sussex market. We never felt like we were out of the loop during the entire process. He was always available to meet with us to look at any location. He was also, a great resource for local contractors, dining and shopping. We are thrilled with our new community and our new beach lifestyle. We highly recommend Greg!!

ZillowVERIFIED I really enjoyed working with Greg as my realtor. I was attempting to sell a home that belonged to a friend who is now in an assisted living facility, so it was an area about which I was very unfamiliar. Greg, however, was very knowledgeable about the entire process and everything that needed to done. He was always available for any questions that I had along the way. In addition, he always kept me up to date on any issues that came up in a very timely manner, either by phone, email, or text. I never felt like I was out of the loop during the entire process. He provided a recommendation for a cleaning service that did an excellent job to get the property ready for viewings. Greg was very willing to do any tasks needed to get the property ready to sell. If you are looking to sell a home, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED We first connected with Greg through a weekly realtor's email announcement of available homes. Greg explained the market we were interested in ( manufactured home community) and set up daily listing reports for us to review. We spent a few months reviewing the listings and he was always available to answer any questions we had. Greg never pestered us to move forward and gave us time and space to come to our own conclusions. When we finally set up some home showings, he made sure we could look at all the properties we were interested in even when we dropped one in at the last minute. Greg is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good recommendations about dining / shopping nearby. From the time we decided on a property to the date of settlement, Greg was very helpful with the process. We couldn't have made the decision to purchase our house with out his expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED My first review on Greg Seger was in reference to the sale of a previous home, At the time I had met with quite a few agents and never felt as comfortable as I did with Greg, I found him very easy to get along with and I immediately put my trust in him, he did not let me down, this sale was quick with no issues whatsoever, Greg was absolutely excellent in handling this sale. Now this latest review has to do with the purchase of my new home, once again Greg Seger came thru for me, He was extremely patient with me, I knew what I wanted in my new home and from the very beginning Greg was there helping me thru the process of getting my home, When disappointments came and there were quite a few, Greg was there to talk me thru and get me back on track. I closed on my home about a week ago, he was there thru the closing process and after all was done, he accompany me to my new home, he even offered to help unload my moving truck. I hope this is my forever home, but if not, I know I will reach out to Greg Seger for any real estate needs. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was an incredible help to me during my house-buying process. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about the area and everything else that goes into purchasing a home and home ownership. Not only that, but he is also highly accessible whenever you have a question or concern and a remarkable communicator. I was not a very easy client given the limited budget I was working with and my own personal preferences, but Greg was so patient with me and a huge help every step of the way. He was able to help recommend people to take on projects at my home, as well as inspectors, and lenders. As a first-time home buyer, I lacked knowledge and confidence throughout the process, but Greg was always there to give excellent advice and made me feel so much better taking this big step in my life. If you are looking to purchase a property then I would not hesitate to work with Greg and his team.
