I lucked out being introduced to Greg! I started speaking with him while I was still living in Los Angeles before I moved cross country. I gave him basics of what I was looking for and sent some homes that I had seen online. I was super fortunate to have his local expertise and knowledge of South Florida when we actually started to look! Greg was so patient, and although I felt at times really bad that I was wasting his time because I was discouraged with many of the homes I saw in my price point, he was always positive and reassuring, which made me feel better through the process. Finally, after about a year of looking, we finally found the perfect home, in the perfect location, in my budget! I was so excited and nervous being a first time homebuyer, but Greg made the process so smooth and provided all of the contacts I needed for recommendations throughout the inspection and closing process. I have already referred Greg to friends and will continue to do so. He is what you hope to find in a realtor and I look forward to continue working with him in the future!

I would recommend Greg 10/10. I'm thankful that I found Greg in a time where I needed the most guidance and support. Greg helped me navigate the selling of my home in a manner in which not every agent goes the extra mile for. He unfortunately was the buffer between my ex-husband and I. He helped make the transaction as smooth and seamless as possible when one is dealing with an ex. Not to mention selling a home while battling a health condition can present its challenges. Answered Questions

Can a home come out of contingent?

Hi Haven, I'll keep it simple. Yes, there is still a chance for you to purchase the home if the buyer backs out during the inspection period and/or cannot get a loan if contingent on financing. I would call the listing agent or have your agent if working with one call to figure out the status, and whether or not it's worth submitting an offer. From there, just keep an eye on it to ensure it closes and doesn't come back on the market.
