ZillowVERIFIED I lucked out being introduced to Greg! I started speaking with him while I was still living in Los Angeles before I moved cross country. I gave him basics of what I was looking for and sent some homes that I had seen online. I was super fortunate to have his local expertise and knowledge of South Florida when we actually started to look! Greg was so patient, and although I felt at times really bad that I was wasting his time because I was discouraged with many of the homes I saw in my price point, he was always positive and reassuring, which made me feel better through the process. Finally, after about a year of looking, we finally found the perfect home, in the perfect location, in my budget! I was so excited and nervous being a first time homebuyer, but Greg made the process so smooth and provided all of the contacts I needed for recommendations throughout the inspection and closing process. I have already referred Greg to friends and will continue to do so. He is what you hope to find in a realtor and I look forward to continue working with him in the future!
