Greg is fantastic. Listens to your wants and needs. We have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 through Greg. He explained every page we signed and was very honest of where we should set our price. When we purchased he was patient and honest. We highly recommend Hreg Norris as a realtor to buy or sell

We would absolutely recommend Greg! He was very accommodating and showed us properties at times that worked best for our schedules. We never felt rushed or pressured with Greg. He was informative and helpful and always knew someone to call when we wanted something checked out. We were in Florida during part of the inspection process, but he kept us well informed with emails and phone calls. We never felt anxious during our time away because we knew Greg would handle things for us. After moving into our home and talking to a variety of business owners, etc. in Dover, they all knew Greg and had nothing but good things to say about him. We too, have nothing but good things to says about him as well.

Greg is very thorough. He is always prompt in his follow ups with no "garbage" dialogue. He lets you make the decision but will let you know if you're off base. I worked with Greg on both buying and selling and would recommend his services anytime.

He's a hard worker and u can always count on him to answer all of your questions. I got a great deal thanks to him. He helped me find a good bank for financing and could answer just as many questions as the bankers. He's was always on time to show houses to me.
