1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I will meet w the buyers one on one, we have a Buyer questionnaire to complete of their wishes, wants & needs in their new home.
Once completed we then walk through the "10 steps of The Purchasing Pathway "from initial appointment, pre-approval, viewing homes, writing the contract/offer, deposit earnest money, inspections, final walk through, to home delivery. Once we have gone through each step the buyers will have a full scope of the what the process will be in buying a home.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I interview the seller to determine if we are a good fit for each other, my knowledge, education & experience will prove that. The next steps would be to make an appointment to meet, walk take the home tour, and give any advice to get the home prepared, let the sellers tell me how proud they are of their home and what they have done since ownership. The next follow up is to present their market analysis & show the strategies, the market statistics, that shows the days it will take to sell the home and what the over all market is. Once we have completed our second interview they will have first hand knowledge of what their home is worth, the exact days to sell and CLOSE!!
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients, but meeting and interviewing determines the relationship to see if they are both good fits to work together.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Building a relationship is so important. Customer service is so important, 90% of my business is past customers and referrals.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started w a friend in 1995, I was a full time government employee for 12 years.
So I started part time with a small real estate company and within 6 months I had over $1m in pending. My broker said you need to think about this, I did and have'nt looked back. I've been with RE/MAX Specialists a World wide company and have never regretted my decision. I have met some of the best clients & customers and RE/MAX has given me the tools to be the best for over 26 years.
