ZillowVERIFIED Not helpful. Did not know anything about the house. Negotiation skills weak. She did not work well with the buyers and did not do a good job negotiating offers with the sellers. Very distant and cold. When asked about the property, Realtor did not know much information and referred us to the online listing for information about roof, appliances, etc. She did not offer any new information. She over-appraised the house and was not honest about problems in the crawl space that the sellers knew about.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Greg and his Firm to sell a "Second Home" of ours that was located in a Mountain/Golf Course Community. Based on our experiences with other members of the Community, we knew it was not easy to accomplish a sale like this in a short period of time. Well, Greg undertook the challenge and had an valid Offer within about a month of the Listing date. Thereafter, he handled all necessary transaction arrangements, and as a result of his efforts, we had a successful Closing within about 5-6 weeks of receipt of the Offer. Thus, the entire successful Sale of the property took place in about 9 - 10 weeks from the time of the Listing, which is considered extremely good for the community. Thanks to Greg.
