ZillowVERIFIEDGreg really goes above and beyond with what he does. He is knowledgeable, down to earth and you truly feel that you have someone with your very best interest by your side through the whole process. Sometimes the buying process feels like someone just trying to shove you into a house, but Greg was patient and helped us find a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling my childhood home was bittersweet. I needed a realtor who was genuine, sincere, extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Greg exceeded our expectations. After his first visit to our home, we had a solid plan. His expertise and experience were evident. His recommendations for highlighting the beauty of our home were spot on. When we saw the listing we were blown away. Greg went above and beyond to creatively market our home. The pictures, videos and description were fantastic. Offers were made immediately and our home was sold. We trusted Greg completely, and he did not disappoint. Do not hesitate to contact him.. He is the real deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg is a helpful and straight forward realtor who was consistently professional. He always heard my concerns and would almost always have an answer to my questions and if he didn't he found out and always followed up. I always recommend him to anyone I know interested in purchasing property and he is my first call anytime I find a potential opportunity.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg walked through the house and was very clear on what would need done in order to make it more appealing. He pointed out the strong points of the house that would attract buyers. Since I was the trustee on this house, and not the actual owner, I had many questions. Greg was quick to respond via email, text or when really important, by phone. The property was only listed for 2 weeks before we had an offer, and Greg followed through every step of the way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. We will be in the market to sell our home and purchase a new one ourselves in the upcoming year, and I wouldn't think of using anyone other than Greg Micale!
