I can't say enough positive things about the Messer Team. From the first point of contact, Greg and Lynanna were professional, responsive, supportive, and passionate about helping me sell my home. I needed to move quickly, across country, with pets, and left my home safely in the hands of Greg and Lynanna. They helped with home improvements and Lynanna staged the entire house to perfection. I had frequent contact with Greg during the bidding process, and felt informed and confident in the decision-making process. Greg and Lynanna took the time to get to know me as a client and a person in a way that only happens when someone is truly passionate about the work they do. I never felt rushed or pressured. Even after the sale of the house was finalized, Greg continued to provide support in the moving process and helping me to find an agent local to my new area. It was one of the greatest blessings in my life to have Greg and Lynanna be a part of this transitionary period. Thank you!

Greg and Lynanna were an absolute delight to work with! They not only came up with many additional questions for us to consider but they also did a ton of research and explained things in an extremely professional manner! Trying to wade through the HOA bylaws on our own would have taken forever- We HIGHLY recommend the Messer Team!!

The Messer team listened to our list of priorities, and the needs of our family, before presenting listings to us. The care and concern they showed was refreshing. Their knowledge of construction when explaining the pros and cons of each home we were shown made a huge difference in our selection. They took into consideration our lifestyle and what we wanted for our dream home. The entire process was a pleasant and seamless experience. We absolutely love our home! We will in the future use the Messers as our agents and we recommend the Messers to anyone looking to buy, or sell a home.

Greg sold our house in 2018. Got a good, fair price and we were happy. In 2021 Greg and Lynanna sold my mother's house (on a corner lot) and got thousands above appraided value. We were all very happy with this team. Their work ethic is fabulous and they know what makes a house sell. I would, and have, reccomended them.

Greg and Lynanna showed me many houses and gave good advice about structure conditions and the market. Although there was a shortage of houses for sale in my price range, we found a house with a good floor plan, the right size, and in very good condition. Although I was very particular, I got the right house and it was within my budget. I can't imagine a better realtor experience.

The Messer Team, Lynanna and Greg, were fabulous to work with. They helped me as a seller of a unique property in an uber competitive marketplace in the Old North Dallas/Preston Hollow area. I am confident their expertise along with the backing of Century 21 produced the sales price I was seeking. Thank You Lynanna & Greg, I wouldn't hesitate to use your Team for future transactions.

Extremely professional and dedicated. Knowledgeable about all elements of the deal from market analysis to sales and marketing to negotiations and representation. They check all the boxes from beginning to end. We couldnt be more pleased with their representation and follow-up. They helped us sell and buy during the middle of the pandemic without any surprises along the way.
