ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Greg Maurer to find our first house, from three hours away, during the COVID-19 pandemic. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and informative realtor. We had countless questions during our conversations, and Greg had a wealth of knowledge in a range of areas (much of it backed by firsthand experience). He went out of his way to make time for Saturday showings, since we had a three-hour drive.Working with Greg was a pleasure, and his patience and genuineness really smoothed out what could have been a much more stressful process. We sincerely appreciate it!

ZillowVERIFIED I just started my house search. My experience with Maurer Real Estate Team is limited so far. I am very happy with their response time and knowledge. These are important factors in a successful home search.

ZillowVERIFIED A delightful surprise to find a relator anywhere that takes ownership of his client's home search the way Greg does. We know because we've traveled quite a bit and have had numerous experiences with realtors throughout the country, we relocated to Rockford recently and realized early on that the executive rental market here is almost non-existent. We obviously wanted to learn about the area before we committed to buying a property. Having searched for a luxury/executive rental for months and coming up empty we mentioned it to Greg in passing and within 3 days, Greg had drummed up rental options from his vast network. We ended up finding a fabulous riverfront loft that has afforded us the luxury to house hunt on our terms. All thanks to Greg and his team. We are confident we will find the perfect home for us with the Maurer team representing our interests!

ZillowVERIFIED She helped sell our house in two weeks. She was quick to call and get us into showings to find a new home. When we found a new home she was great about being on top of any/all paperwork. She was so encouraging the whole process as well. Professional and also fun to be around. We cant recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience dealing with Greg, and his agency. Greg's experience, market knowledge, and guidance allowed us to price our house appropriately for the location and market conditions...and sell it in a very short period of time. Greg's team made the entire process of selling our home, and buying a new one, easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers. Greg was recommended to my wife and I by one of my closest friends. Greg made the whole process a great experience. When we had questions, comments or concerns, he was there to guide us through it. We will recommend him to anyone we know that is buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Greg on two separate occasions. When we bought our daughter's home and recently when we purchased our current home. His patience is unbelievable as our needs for our new home were constantly changing due to family circumstances. I have recommended him to our friends and will continue to refer to him as our "one and only realtor".

ZillowVERIFIED Greg has become our family Realtor. He has sold homes for us and found homes for us. Beside my husband and I he has helped my parents, sister and my children all find houses that we call home. Greg takes time to get to know you he actually sits and talks to you about your lifestyle and wishes. He takes that information and works with it to show you homes that truly fit your lifestyle and needs. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate business and of many communities and subdivisions. Greg is our first choice when a move is happening in this family!
