Greg handled three property transactions for us over the past 3 years, and was a tremendous resource all the way. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! He is thorough, professional, hardworking and always accessible, and has been around long enough to know all the angles. Most recently, Greg sold our home in Princeton, MA, on March 21, 2025. We had to relocate a few months prior, and he was a tremendous resource to have on our side. He diligently took care of our property, and managed every last detail to ensure we had a successful close. Extremely highly recommended!!!!!!

I called Greg with sold squad and he was at our house that evening! He advised us what we should and shouldn?t do before selling, he truly save us so much money in the process which allowed us to get our house on the market right away as needed. We were aware that this was a sellers market but blown away by how fast things moved along, but with that said Greg truly went above and beyond. ZillowVERIFIEDWe, recently, sold our house with Greg from Sold Squad and during the whole process he was professional, honest and calming in his approach. He answered all of our questions and gave us realistic options going forward. But it was after the sale that his honesty, integrity and helpfulness came through. We never realized the amount of things that needed to be done after the sale and to all my panicked inane questions his answer was always ?I?ll take care of it?. His command and time frame of what needed to be done and when was invaluable. I?m sure there are many competent realtors in the area but I would be hard pressed to find any business person who is more focused and determined to get you through the after sale process as Greg.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy property was listed for 6 months with another agent who did little to promote it. Not unexpectedly, it didnt sell. Relisted with Greg, and despite the COVID issue, his efforts got it sold. Kept me informed of everything going, very responsive to questions. Definitely recommend.
