Here is a little bit about me: When I started my post-education career I worked in marketing and graphic design. I have worked with several companies and have marketed several different products. I found my way in Real Estate working as the Marketing Director for a real estate company and went into the position with a singular mindset: "Just because it's the way everyone does it, doesn't mean it's the right way". I have been accused of thinking outside of the box, but because I never worked in real estate previously, I contend that I never had a box. This thought process has taken me from that position to starting my own business, and my mindset has not changed. There are pros and cons to working with Sydney. Pros: responsive, dedicated, quick. Shell show you a house immediately when you ask and respond to you 24/7. Thats a huge plus. Cons: impatient, condescending at times, and not the best negotiator. We were second time home buyers and are kicking ourselves for not negotiating more. Sydney is not the most experienced.

Drake was an amazing resource. Being new to the area, he is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, house prices, and the unique aspects of houses in CO. Even after buying multiple houses back East, he educated me. He was always willing to take the time to explain and give reasons why this or that is important when purchasing a home. I never felt rushed or that I was a bother. He was always, and I mean ALWAYS available by text or phone. Even though he was tied up with other clients, when I asked about seeing a specific house the next day, he made it work. He worked with the seller to ensure that all repairs were completed. He knew our price point so he didn't waste our time nor his and helped us get the exact house that fit our need, was affordable and one that we fell in love with. Highly recommend.
