ZillowVERIFIEDGreg Hunter was a consummate professional that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a realtor to buy or sell a home. I had very unique circumstances in that we were needing to move my elderly father from the San Diego area to the Seattle area which created a whole host of complications. In addition to the distance and the time constraints of my Dad's move, we happened to need a very specific type of property that would work well for someone with mobility issues. Finally, we had to negotiate a very harsh seller's market which made purchasing a home extremely competitive. Greg navigated all of those challenges with ease. He never got frustrated, even when I did, because of all the complicating factors. He just kept working hard for us, even when I thought that there was no way we would find a home before my Dad needed to re-locate. In the end, he found us a home and we were able to close even before the moving trucks arrived from San Diego. My Dad had very specific requirements/demands for what he wanted in a house, and I was not confident that we would find something that met all of his requirements, especially within my Dad's price range, and Greg was on the ball, doing the research, sending us links, and making himself available to look at homes despite tough schedules, bad weather, and even holidays. Even when we started to get frustrated and were willing to make serious concessions in our needs to get into any house, Greg cautioned us from making a bad deal based on desperation. We couldn't be happier with the final result, and my only regret was that we couldn't send Greg down to San Diego to sell my Dad's house down there (which frankly went quite poorly because of major incompetence on the part of the realtor that we used in San Diego). A good realtor can make a stressful process flow smoothly and end successfully, and Greg is better than good...he is great. Thanks Greg!
