ZillowVERIFIED Greg has been the consummate professional since I started doing business with him back when I did real estate investing as a landlord back in 2008. This latest transaction for our second home in the mountains was no exception. As soon as we set our sights on this piece of property and contacted Greg about it, he took our new project on with a sense of urgency one would LOVE to have as a Buyers Agent. As with past projects, Greg goes through an investigational process pertaining to everything from the transactional history of the property, to all the stakeholders involved. He educates us top to bottom with what we are dealing with. Gregs passion to excellence in real estate is undeniable, with his keen knowledge of the local Arizona realty market. Greg was with us every step of the way as a Buyer's Agent, from scouting the property to making the bid, all the way through financing, to reviewing the inspection report with us and walking us through the final process that to obtain what we wanted aEUR" the home of our dreams, on a super aggressive timeline on the close date! All executed to perfection, incredibly timely and professional. We could not recommend Greg anymore than we do, my husband and I trust Greg's judgment and advice in such a solid, tangible way, that I think comes across very seldom amongst realtors. Greg is an absolute gem to have on your side as both a buyers and sellers agent! His track record shows why he is consistently at the very top of the real estate game as one of the top professionals in the marketplace.

ZillowVERIFIED If you ever get the opportunity to work with Greg for your housing/real estate journey, don't ever look back! Not only is he ranked within the top percentage of realtors in the Valley, but Greg's personality absolutely shines through in his work. My fiancA(C) & I, being first time homebuyers, were not fully sure on how to begin this laborious process in finding our first home. A quick connection on Zillow lead us to Greg by chance, and we could never be more thankful. Greg was 100% attentive to all of our needs, desires, & concerns in finding our first home within the current state of the market. He goes above & beyond with communication, and the amount of knowledge he's attained within the real estate business is unmatched. We are eternally grateful to Greg for making our first experience of buying a home one of the smoothest & most exciting processes we could have ever hoped for! We can't thank you enough, Greg for always keeping our best interest in mind, first and foremost.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was OUTSTANDING! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We have worked with several in California over the years and Greg has blown the competition out of the water, raising our standards and expectations. He knew the areas like the back of his hand, had more information than I could even find online...he guided us in the right direction and shot it to us straight. Greg had our backs and fought for what he knew was right and fair. Half the time I felt like he was teaching/educating the realtors on the other end of the process! I would hands down recommend him to anyone looking to find the best house at the best price!

ZillowVERIFIED Greg is not only an excellent realtor, he has also been a very good friend to us. He didn't just find the cute little house for us in Sun Lakes, since we are from Germany we would never ever found our way without him because the sales processes in the US are quite different from ours. Furthermore he also helped us with contacts to electricity, water, insurance, etc. and were sure if we needed further help, he would be there for us. It was such a stroke of luck that we met him and we can only highly recommend him. Sabine & Anton Hamburg/Germany

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Greg Hagopian on several transactions in the past 5 years and he never disappoints. He is excellent at giving honest feedback, making sure you get the most from your purchase, as well as giving you honest expectations. In every purchase weve had, there have been multiple offers on the table and he negotiates with such strategy that our offer has been accepted every time. He sold our last house and far exceeded the expectations we had on that end as well. Greg knows his market, he does his research, and hes easy to get ahold of when there are questions. We would choose Greg at Remax every time.

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell a higher-end home on the Lake in Ocotillo. I come from an extensive real estate and financial background and was looking for a broker with similar expertise as well as local market knowledge. I was very fortunate to find Greg. His pricing, marketing and negotiating experience allowed us to sell a unique home in a declining market. Greg was able to negotiate a purchase price well in excess of my expectations. He was able to make a difficult and emotional process relatively seamless. Greg was not the first broker I considered but after extensive discussion I felt confident he would get the job done. Greg met our projected targets and in a surprisingly short period of time. I was very impressed by his active involvement throught the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
