We sat together in then the house for sale and we talked for a while and he told me he would help me as much as he could to buy the house I currently live in. He went to work on it and didn't stop or quit even though he had other house sells going on that probably required far more attention , simply for the price of the other houses. He paid attention and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.Just like his card says " making dreams come true " could not be a more accurate slogan for his business. He did make my dreams come true in flying colors!!!!!. thank you , so much Greg !!!!! It truly was a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED House appeared on the market at night and Greg was on the phone setting up a viewing of the home with in minutes of me informing him of the listing. The viewing took place the following day and we had an offer on the table within minutes of our arriving on site. Greg worked with the selling agent to have the current homeowners moved out after our final walk through showed that they didn't attempt to start the move out process. Painless process with Greg's expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Well, I hear horror stories from people I know about buying houses all the time. So, when I was ready to buy my first house, I was expecting it to be difficult and very time consuming. I couldn't have been more wrong. Greg made everything so easy and flow so smoothly and took care of so many things for me, it felt like I hardly had to do anything except sign a couple of papers. I honestly think it was easier than buying a car. Greg earned every penny he made from this sale. He has been doing this for so long, it seemed like he knew everyone. I believe that if it weren't for him, we would not have ended up getting our house. This was the one and only house we put an offer in on and we got it. He knew the realtors that were working with the seller and assured them that I had the money ready to go and that I wanted to move fast, he set me up with a lender, he had an inspector ready to go right away, and escrow even closed 2 weeks early. It was an AWESOME experience and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I could go on forever with this, but I think it can be sumed up by saying that you will not be disappointed with this guy.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I decided to start the hunt for a new home when I was about 5 months pregnant, because why not? Greg was referred to us by a friend and I cannot say it enough how big of a help he was in every aspect of this process. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the homes we were looking at, gave us his honest opinion, didn't push us into seeing homes we weren't interested in or making offers. If we sent him a listing we would always hear back from him the same day with a viewing time. Home buying is a stressful period, but having him as our realtor truly made the process as simple as it could possibly be due to his knowledge and several years in the industry to better help us understand everything we were signing and steps along the way to home ownership.

I was very impressed with Greg as he never missed an appointment or scheduled home viewing . I would call him with very little advance warning asking to view a home I suddenly saw while driving. He never refused my requests. He was very knowledgeable about all areas of the home and I learned alot from him. He gave me tips on what to look for when viewing a home.
