It's MY home and I'm the person who should take someone on a 'tour' so I can point out features!He then gave me a number for the listing. He did NO RESEARCH - he DID NOT HAVE COMPS - and he DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY HOUSE.

ZillowVERIFIED Folks if you need a realtor in Charleston you should not hire anyone but Greg Flanagan. He's by far the best realtor I've ever worked with! So my story is I had a rental property that was being mismanaged by Carolina One. So I fired Carolina One and hired Greg finally sell my house. Carolina One had let the previous tenants cause significant damage to the house. Greg stepped in and coordinated for a roof replacement, new paint in the interior, kitchen refresh, landscaping, window replacement, exterior repair, and a host of assorted repairs required to close on the house. I don't live in South Carolina anymore so this was all done via phone and email. He always had an answer to any problem, trusted contracts on speed dial and was extremely responsive. He earned every cent of his commission and achieved a much higher selling price than I was expecting. You will be hard pressed to finder a more competent and hardworking realtor.

Greg Flanagan took us around all the different towns surrounding Charleston, showed us the homes we were interested and some we didnt know about. ZillowVERIFIED Greg was very abrasive on the telephone and demonstrated poor customer service skills. He cancelled a showing of a rental property, in Mt. Pleasant, with only moments notice and stated that he had more important business to conduct in West Ashley and that we would need to reschedule. After refusing to reschedule, Greg told me to "find a property somewhere else" and then he HUNG UP ON ME! Avoid this guy, especially if you are interested in selling your property as he may sabotage your potential sale.

The agent called me the night I arrived into Charleston and told me that he needed to leave town the next morning. I had previously been to Greg's website and recieved an email from him thanking me for visiting his website. I had for some reason kept that email. So, the next morning , I contacted Greg with my situation and met with him VERY shortly. Two of the propeties that I looked at were outof Gregs territory,.
