I'm extremely driven and passionate about what I do. Greg was very committed to finding the perfect house for me and negotiating a good offer. He understood from experience what would be likely to close a deal and what wouldnt. He was very willing to show me houses on request even on extremely short notice, and was always keeping watch for homes that met my criteria. I would definitely recommend Greg as an agent.

When we first started talking about upgrading out of our starter home, two of our friends recommended that we work Greg and it was definitely the right decision! Little did we know that the day we put our house on the market a global pandemic was about to shut down the country and create uncertainty in the real estate market. Throughout the process Greg was always optimistic and took every challenge head on. Despite our fears that the pandemic might slow us down, we sold our house in six days. We looked at 14 houses until we found our dream home with Greg alongside every step of the way. Greg really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Gregs knowledge of the industry and great communication skills made a stressful process much more seamless. We would recommend Greg to anyone looking for a hard working realtor who always has your best interest as their top priority.

Greg was the best realtor we could have asked for to help my fiance and I buy our first house! He was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and motivated to help us find our perfect home. The first house we put an offer in ended up going to someone else, but Greg remained so positive and reminded us our house was out there! Once we found our perfect home, Greg moved fast to ensure we got this one and we did! Greg always stayed in touch with us through every part this journey. If we had to do it all over again, we?d pick Greg Eloge in a heartbeat!

Greg and I have been friends for several years. We told Greg we werent going to be selling for a couple more years but he gave us several good explanations as to why we should sell our house sooner rather than later. We decided to go look at some new houses just for fun but ended up finding one we really liked. The price lowered and we knew we had to have it. We made an aggressive offer, they accepted, and it meant we had to work very quickly to get our house ready to sell. Greg helped us get things in order to sell our house. It was so appealing that it sold in the first 10 hours! Unfortunate circumstances came about to where the buyers were no longer able to buy our house. Greg kept his composure through this difficult and challenging time and kept us from getting too terribly frustrated. We ended up selling our house again and this time was for good! Greg helped us buy our new home and sell our old home. If you are looking for a very hard working and motivated realtor, Greg Eloge is your guy.

Greg did a great job as my realtor and within the matter of days had me walking through my dream home in Omaha. Greg's strengths = very personable, hard working, and best of all, easy to get in contact with + great communication skills. If you are looking for someone that is easy to get in touch with, will walk you through the process step-by-step, and a realtor that is motivated and will work his tail off for you, then Greg is your guy. Would recommend to all.

Greg was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on point with regard to following up on things with the buyers realtor, he had the necessary in-depth knowledge that I needed as a first-time seller (and if he didnt know the answer to a question he immediately found an answer), he even made himself available for all my phone calls. He was so ambitious and hardworking for us that I couldnt imagine using another realtor. I highly recommend Greg Eloge the next time you are buying or selling a home. He will provide you with the highest level of service and remove all the hassle.
