Probably the most unprofessional agent I've ever encountered. Had to work with him representing myself to sell my house. He was extremely slow to get back to me and was very disrespectful to me after the contract fell through. Sent me nasty texts and got upset because I gave him a one star review on Google. Instead of trying to resolve it, Greg proceeded to confront me about it and send nasty text messages after he finally got our contract terminated. Don't work with this guy, he's awful.

Best realtor I have ever been in contact with. If you ever had an annoying or rude or pushy realtor, this is not Greg. So many realtors, so many egos. Again not Greg. I buy and sell properties and Greg Doohan has done by far the best job for me. Down to earth and he sits at the level of the buyer and seller. Egos are by far the biggest and most annoying attribute of a realtor. They actuality think they are better then you. This is not Greg. Get your cell phone out. Put Greg's phone number in your phone. So when it's time to buy or sell a house you have the best realtor in South Dakota. Who wants an annoying person with a huge sign up and his/her face on the side of a bench or a van. Egos ruin good realtors. Trust me I have had bad realtors, Greg won't let you down.

Greg did an amazing job finding the perfect house that fit all my families needs and expectations. He truly listened to the traits we were looking for in a home and found us great options to choose from. He was very honest about areas of a home he was concerned about. I didnt feel like he was hiding any information from us like you experience with some realtors who are just trying to make a sale and move onto the next. He did his research on whatever home before we went and seen it, so if I had questions he knew the answers. He was easily able to work around my families schedule to find a time to look at a home we were interested in. I could list many positive things in my experience working with Greg. I definitely wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. If you are looking for a realtor who is honest, personable, and professional, Greg is your man. I'm so thankful we got to work with him.

I was not in the market for a house yet but one day I decided to go for it and I spoke with Greg he walked me through the process in terms I could understand. He showed me a lot of houses and never got impatient with me. When we found the one house he put in the offer and stuck by us through the whole process. He was always there answering my questions.

Greg made the process of finding a home painless! He made the experience comfortable and we had fun looking together! He was able to drop what he was doing to meet me on several different occasions to find that perfect home. If you're looking for a good home buying experience, Greg is your man!!!
