When we found a house we liked on Zillow, they randomly assigned Greg to us, and we decided to move forward with him as our agent after that one excellent tour! He was very responsive and made a lot of time for us. We were looking a little further away from his typically geographical range, but he never made us feel like a burden. On several days, we wanted to visit 4+ homes in a row, and he made it happen and made it work smoothly. On the tours, he was extremely helpful, letting us take our time and form our own opinions, but also pointing things out from his years of expertise that we otherwise wouldn't have known to notice (or appreciate, or be concerned about!). We felt Greg was helpful, responsive, kind, and capable! We would absolutely choose him again.

Review I met Greg early 2016 when we were looking for a house to buy. We left a message for Greg on one of the website we were browsing. Greg called us the following day and scheduled an appointment to meet him to show us some of the new houses in White Marsh area. We told him the prices in White Marsh were outside our budget. He quickly told us we can get similar houses in Joppa at a lesser cost. True to his word we found what we want. He immediately hooked us up with AJ one of the loan officers he uses and as a team they begun to work on the process. We met so many road blocks but it did not deterred them but rather motivated them to put their combined years of experiences behind the process and with God on our side they pulled it off. It was indeed a miracle!!! When it was time to sell my old house I previously put up for rent, I again called on Greg who did not hesitate as usual to put his professional acumen on in order to sell the house as quickly as we want it to be. In this case he arranged a buyer without even listing on the market. Greg got us top dollar for our house. I was happy as well as the buyer. I highly recommend this top notched qualified real estate agent to everyone who is looking for their dream house to seek him out to deliver to them all that they desire in a dream house to make a home.

Review Mina from the first phone call was extremely knowledgeable with all of my questions. She already knew about my area and the area 30 minutes away that I wanted to move to. I not only used her to buy my home, but also to sell it. She was averaging five listings a day for my wife and I to checkout until we found our current home. Then upon buying our home she set her focus on the home we were selling. She did a walk through of my home with her boss Greg who gave us a detailed analysis of what we could expect to make from our sale. From that point Mina was calling on an almost daily basis to make sure I was staying on the timeline we discussed with listing my home. She did two walk throughs to give suggestions on what I could update in my old home to secure a higher settlement. Last, Mina was like a friend to my wife, myself and our four year old. She was extremely approachable and I really do believe she had our best interest at heart when we were looking for homes. I highly recommend her on every level to be your realtor.

Review He started out as a guy asking if we already had an agent. He quickly showed us the difference between someone who does real estate, and a Realtor. Knowing that my wife & I were new to the process, he not only told us what we should be asking, but he asked them for us. He worked as an advocate, and protected us from the noise. He never tried to force a home on us, he paid meticulous attention to every detail. He even talked my wife off of the "Buy Sight Unseen" ledge, when we were feeling pressed by the craziness of the market. Our two takeaways; We closed today on the perfect home for us, and our Realtor is now our friend.

Review Being ready to buy my first house my friend told me about his experience with Greg Cullison. He said Greg was like a long time friend that had your back. So I contacted Greg Cullison and he had showings lined up for me at my convenience. I did write a review here in 2017 on Greg Cullison and the experience that followed. Now I would like to share my house selling experience with Greg Cullison to anyone that isBuying or selling a property with an agent. You must compare your agent to my testimony here and this review. I had a couple of set backs to illness and found myself owing over $30,000 in back mortgage paymentsand over $18,000 in fees and penalties added on. Soon a foreclosure would be knocking at the door. I wanted to sell or was it to late. I picked up the phone and called the agent whom I used to purchase the property. After revealing my situation, Greg told me to relax. I needed to hear that because I'd recently been through a chapter 13 then a chapter 7 and now a looming foreclosure too. Greg said the first order of business is to list your property for sale. Property values have increased so I had unexpected equity like everyone else. Within several days we has a serious buyer .Greg worked all the numbers and soon realized I would have to present $7,000 at settlement to sellmy property; I didn't have a penny.Greg said don't worry ,let me find a way . With a call to the buyers agenthe and Greg would reduce their overhead costs and fees and the buyer agree on a purchase price to make this sale work.Of course I walked away without financial gain but was able to satisfy my mortgage, avoid foreclosure and have a big smile of happiness. So I ask you, does your agent have a noticable quality of a willingness to overcome adversity for the client ?I truly believe Greg Cullison, CMD Home Group eXp Realty is and are superior in their field. Very knowledgeable if it was something she wasnt familiar with she had somebody who was apart of her team that could explain it. There wasnt a day that went by that she didnt contact us to explain the next steps in the process. Friendly personable somebody you can trust and rely on. I would recommend her to new home buyers and individuals who have previously purchased homes. I wouldnt want purchase a house using anybody else.
