From the very beginning, I was very happy. He always answered my call within minutes no matter when it was. He was always available through text or email. He made the process seamless. He was very knowledgeable and transparent with any questions I had regarding the sale and the open houses. The only thing I would complain about although its minor is the fact that they took the sign out of the yard without even putting the word aEURoesoldaEUR? on it. We were really looking forward to a picture in front of the sign.

Greg is a "nice guy" but I got cheated on the price I got for my house. He didn't have enough sources or potential buyers. Homes in my area were selling for $20,000 - &30,000 more. I had called another agent to replace him but my daughter in CA needed me out here and I ran out of time. Otherwise, he did everything else in a profession manner. I think he should learn how to negotiate with a buyer.
