Sorry to hear that you had a bad expierence. I believe your reffering to transaction last year where there were multipal defects on a property that were not disclosed by the seller. Unfortunatly I did not represent the seller in the sale and that was out of my control. I do hope that you were able to find something more suitable. Best regards.

Greg and his team were excellent to work with from start to finish! Walked me through the whole process. Always available for any questions. Researched the current market in the area and listed my home at a fair price. Had 31 showings immediately over a weekend and 4 offers on the following Monday. Accepted offer by Wednesday. Closing was all done remotely as I had moved out of state. All with no issues. Definitely recommend Greg and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg helped us to buy our new Wisconsin home. At the time we were looking we were still living in NJ. Greg went above and beyond in assisting us with the process of buying a home in Wisconsin and actually took videos of a couple of the houses that we were considering. He was extremely patient with us as we were deciding which house to eventually purchase. We were given daily updates on new houses as soon as they became available. He also negotiated for us with the builder and helped us to customize certain items in the house. When we came out to finalize the deal in the spring he met with us as the house inspector inspected the house and also as we met with the builder and his wife. He kept in touch with us while we sold and closed on our house in NJ and answered numerous questions along the way as we stared the process of buying the house we now live in. He also worked closely with our attorney and made sure that all paperwork was correct and prompt throughout the entire process right up to and through the closing. Greg is one of the most professional, honest, and knowledgeable realtors the we ever met and made the process of moving and buying a house out of state easy and seamless. ZillowVERIFIED A disorganized nightmare where the eventual buyer of of home told us "this guy didn't do you any favors" We believe we lost opportunities to sell because of his actions and recommendations; which were ludicrous and poorly timed. Our living room was painted a light blue with new very expensive light gray carpeting. The day before we moved Greg wanted us to repaint and pull the carpeting and put in tan/brown or what he called neutral colors! Blue and gray aren't? He suggested we paint the kitchen too because a wall had been painted using a sponge technique. A painter we brought in asked why we would do that as it fit the style perfectly and if someone wanted to paint the kitchen differently they would do the entire kitchen. Greg admitted he wasn't good at open houses and selling so he had some of his associates show the house. We had several people come over after he left and asked us questions because they did not think his answers were right nor did they feel he put forth the positive aspects of the house. He pointed out items that we didn't have like granite counter tops. Gave buyers a reason to walk away rather than be interested.
