I met Grant during an open house for a home we actually made an offer but didn't get. It was a blessing in disguise because another house came about later that was Even better. Grant was prompt in negotiating the price we offered and they accepted. While having to sell our old house and buying the new one at the same time was stressful (due to some unforeseen circumstances) he made the process less painful by helping us with an open house for the old house that got us 3 offers. We love our new home and we are so happy that the process over, but part of the buying process is having a knowledgeable and motivated realtor. It helps that he's a super nice guy too! We are so glad to have met Grant at that initial open house that led us eventually to our dream home. Highly recommend him.
