We looked at several properties, for several months until he helped us locate our perfect home, which Grant was able to allow us to access and view before many other potential buyers could do so. He was instrumental in helping us find the home that was exactly what we were looking for, matching our every need. He guided us through the process, from making the initial offer, negotiations, to closing. He was great at helping us in understanding all the confusing terms and foreign actions that comes with the first time home buyer territory. Grant was really knowledgeable and answered our questions 24/7 through email, text, and phone conversations, which helped make the process for us both comfortable and easy. We felt really comfortable working with him, as we never felt like Grant was motivated by a sale, and was there to help us along our journey of home ownership. Day's before we closed, we viewed the home after the seller 'deep cleaned' the home. In our opinion it was not up to our standards of cleanliness, and Grant sensed our disappointment. The day of our closing, after signing the paper work, we rushed over to our new home and were surprised and ecstatic to find unbeknownst to us that Grant came in on his own accord to deep clean our home before the closing. This is remarkable ABOVE and BEYOND customer service! It further showed us how committed he was to us and far exceeded our expectations. Grant even left us some thoughtful home warming gifts for us to help celebrate on our closing day ! We look forward to working with him again and we would recommend Grant to anyone within the Vail Valley to work with him!
