He negotiated a top dollar deal for the sale of both properties, far exceeding my expectations. One property was an estate sale and the home needed a lot of cleaning and freshening up to be marketable. Grant was there every step of the way to coordinate the work and roll up his sleeves to do it himself when necessary. I live out of state could not be there in person. Grant also sold my home when I was moving out of state. It was a very stressful move as I was caring for my elderly parent, working full time and recovering from Covid while trying to pack up a home Id lived in for 19 years to move out of state. Grant personally finished the clean up I could not do. I feel he really went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done. Joe Gizzie is the best!! From the first time we met with Joe I knew he was the one for the job. He was very professional and always honest and up front with us about everything. The very next day he came and looked at my house and gave me suggestions on improvements and a list of who to call to come and do the work. Right from the get I felt he had my back and was going to be there for me through the whole process. Having never sold a home before I was feeling very overwhelmed and with the recent loss of my father it was a very emotional time for me. This was the house my dad built and I grew up in and the only house my kids ever knew and Grant guided me through the entire process with sympathy, respect, patience, and support that went way beyond what was expected of him. He was there for me in all ways possible to answering all my questions, very fast responses whether it was 6:00 a.m or 10:00p.m, he always worked around my schedule and made himself available. He also always had his team as a backup if he knew he wouldnt be available. They would check in with me and let me know that they were there immediately! There was never a time I didnt feel like I wasnt a priority! He has a ton of knowledge in real estate and is very competent in what he does! His personality is so down to earth and real I felt like I was working with a friend who always had my best interest at heart! He was so fun to work with!!
