About Grant Mcdowell

Hello all! A little about me is that I love homes! I have been dealing with real estate for over 10 years now. I started my real estate career in renovating houses and then that led to helping others see the value in homes. I have 12 years of history in Finance, graduated from USC-Upstate with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management concentrating in Economics and Finance. I am a veteran with 10 years of service with the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi! I have an amazing family with my wife, Jennifer, and our three kids, Austin, Cooper, and Adelynn, and enjoy spending time with them while not working with or on homes. Any questions, consultation on homes, or where to start, please do not hesitate to reach out to me! Thank you!

Grant went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the entire process of buying our home. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and insecurities and Grant was so knowledgeable, not just about real estate and the neighborhoods, but general best practices for home owners that made us feel immediately comfortable with him. We felt we had a realtor we could trust to secure us the best home and deal for what we were looking for. I would recommend Grant to anyone looking for a genuine, kind, attentive and knowledgeable realtor who will have your best interests at heart. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!

I had the pleasure of working with Grant and Amy as my real estate agents during my first home purchase, and I couldnt have asked for a better team. Their expertise and dedication made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their knowledge of the local real estate market was impressive. They took the time to understand my preferences and budget, ensuring that we only viewed properties that matched my criteria. Their guidance was invaluable, helping me make informed decisions throughout the journey. One of their standout qualities was their responsiveness. They were always just a phone call or email away, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. Their attention to detail and commitment to keeping me informed made me feel well taken care of. They went above and beyond to negotiate a favorable deal on my behalf, and their negotiation skills were exceptional. They truly had my best interests at heart. In the end, thanks to their expertise and dedication, I found my dream home at a price I was comfortable with. I highly recommend Grant and Amy to anyone in need of top-notch real estate professionals. Their commitment to their clients is commendable, and I couldnt be happier with the results they delivered.

I cannot say enough good things about Grant and his team! When we met Grant, my wife and I were in a really tough spot and struggling to find a place that we could call home. Within just a few days, Grant had taken us on and scheduled a few homes for us to visit, one of which we just closed on this past Friday, a multifamily property that we couldn't be more excited about! He was a lifesaver for my wife and I and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us throughout this process. If not for him and his team, we would not be in the home/investment property we are today. If you are looking for a home, we couldn't think of anyone better to help you than Grant and his team. As we continue to grow our portfolio of investment properties, we will certainly continue to work with them and would recommend him to anyone.

I found Grant through Bigger Pockets when my family first started considering relocating from Michigan and looking for primary residences in upstate SC. He was super responsive right off the bat and had showings booked before we even made the drive down. In short order we were able to find a fantastic property for my parents to retire to and my wife and I found our first live-in fix and flip in SC. He even hooked us up with a fantastic contractor in the area to build our first ever new construction! Real estate is Grants business, and he excels at it as both an agent and an investor. He knows the area and has a great network. But more importantly hes a genuinely good guy and will do his best to help where he can. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Grant to anyone new to the area, new to the business or interested in growing your portfolio.

Grant is hands-down the best! He helped us find our dream starter home just weeks prior to us delivering our munchkin! When there?s a job to get done, Grant is the man to be called on! He went above and beyond, and did everything imaginable to make sure we were able to seal the deal on our home! if it wasn?t for Grant, who knows what would have happened! I cannot speak high enough for Grant, McDowell, no matter when our next move is, he will definitely be the first we reach out to you, and the only one we reach out too!

Our house sold very quickly, and it sold above the asking price! Grant and the Transaction Coordinator, Amy, that works with him were fantastic to do business with. They are both very kind and patient. They were always quick to reply to us and to keep us updated throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to do business with such honest, hardworking folks! We highly recommend them!!
