Grant Loel is one of Balboa Real Estate's top agents and a Southern California native. He became a licensed agent in 2002. He is thoroughly experienced in all types of real estate transactions, including residential, investment, and commercial properties. He is well-versed in the aspects of complex transactions, such as 1031 Exchanges, All Inclusive Trust Deeds, and seller carry back purchase loans.

Grant has worked at mortgage banks, title companies, and escrow companies so he is well versed in the processes and motivations at work in the real estate business. Throughout his career, Grant has maintained the highest level of compliance and integrity. In 2004, Grant left the corporate world to work as a Realtor and it was the best move ever. Today, Grant serves clients from Sunset Beach to San Clemente.
