Get preapproved first so you know exactly where you stand. Then move quick when you find the right place. In a market like ours, waiting usually means missing out. Do not get stuck overanalyzing. Focus on the big picture and trust your gut when it feels right.

Price it right the first time and do not chase the market. Clean it up, stage if needed, and make sure your home is marketed with professional photos and video. Also, do not just hire someone who tells you what you want to hear. Hire someone who will tell you the truth and fight to get it sold.

I have worked with just about everyone. First time buyers, out of state investors, local families moving up or downsizing, vacation rental owners, and people relocating to the coast full time. I adjust how I work depending on what the client needs and how they like to move.

I helped a young couple from out of town buy their first vacation home near the beach. It was a competitive situation, but I helped them move fast, negotiated under asking, and lined up a strong inspection and closing team. Now they have a place they love and a solid long term investment.

I grew up in it. My parents were in real estate and I have been around the business my whole life. After studying aviation and working in restaurants, I realized real estate was where I could make the biggest impact and still have the freedom to build the life I wanted with my family

I have been coached for years by some of the best in the industry and I constantly invest in improving my systems, marketing, and negotiation skills. I am part of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and our local board. I stay sharp by learning from every deal I close.
