ZillowVERIFIED Grant was knowlegable and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We were able to reach him at any time. Grant showed us any house that we requested and provided the same quality information for every house, regardless of whether or not he was the listing agent. We actually ended up with a house that we love and Grant was very important in finding our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Grant is a great agent, any questions I had he answered, or he found the answer very quickly. When he list my home he told me the little things I needed to do to get it sold. After it was listed he had showings almost every day, with multiple showings some day, and then got an offer in less than 2 weeks. He is a very hard working agent and I would highly recommend Grant if you want to move your property quickly and an agent who knows what they are doing.

ZillowVERIFIED Grant Bake went above and beyond in all of his work for us. He always answered our calls, or called back immediately, even during the times of day when other people would consider themselves off work. When we had questions, he got us all the answers, and he looked out for our best interests. I can't say enough about his professional manner, integrity, and respectfulness. If I ever have need of real estate services in the future, it is Grant that I will seek out. The broker that has Grant on their team is truly fortunate.Ron Murnane

ZillowVERIFIED Grant Bake is the best. He helped me more than any realtor I've ever had. He knew what kind of property I was looking for to meet my needs for my dogs and horses. He is very honest when I asked his opinion of a property. He had all appointments set up for me, which isn't easy when locating from on state to another. I highly recommend Grant for all your real estate needs.Sincerely, Lisa Washington

ZillowVERIFIED Grant went above and beyond what we expected when my husband and I were looking into pricing land to purchase. He found multiple price ranges, met with us to got over all the information, and personally evaluated the property in question. From there he provided us with a recommendation of what to offer. Grant has very quick response times, did additional research in areas he was not required to, and made the entire experience better. Thanks to Grant's help we have currently made an offer on what we hope will be our place to build a home someday! We would highly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing land and/or a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time homebuyer, my boyfriend and I weren't sure what to expect with this process. Grant has been extremely helpful throughout everything, from finding houses in our price range to thoroughly learning everything we needed to know about them in less than 24 hours. He may be younger than we are, but he has a vast wealth of knowledge at his disposal. I would recommend Grant to anyone, from first time homebuyers to those who have been through this multiple times.
