He was always there to answer our questions and was very knowledgeable about the market and the area we were looking in. We were concerned about bidding wars but he gave us multiple options to get our offer approved within our budget and without overpaying. To our surprise, our offer was accepted and we ended up getting the house for less than we thought we would. We thought for sure (from all the stories we had heard from friends and family) that it would take months to get a home and we would end up having to spend more than asking.
