Gracie was so helpful to us throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about the neigborhood and comparable house prices and was able to fine tune our offer to get the best deal possible in a crazy market. She also provided us with many resources on our new part of town and came prepared to all meetings with additional information on the houses, the neighborhood, schools, etc. Gracie and her team were incredibly responsive, getting back to us insanely fast with any inquiry that we had.
