From sending listings, scheduling showings ASAP (sometimes the same day), working around my schedule, and driving all over Charleston with me to find the right home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely invested in finding me a home that fit my budget and what I wanted. She walked me through every contract and piece of paperwork, answered every question I had, and was there through negotiations, inspections, walkthroughs, financing, and closing. I always felt like she was looking out for my best interest. She even printed information on every property we toured, pointed out potential concerns during showings, willingly attempted to crawl into a crawlspace, and surprised me with the sweetest closing basket!
