Grace did an outstanding job for the house I recently bought in Irvine. She was the buyer's agent and also the seller's agent. You won't know the difference between realtors if you have never bought a house. However, after I had made several home purchases, I got it. A good agent is just like a good doctor or a lawyer. For me, a Taiwanese who purchased a house in Corona, Grace Hsiung is the best real estate agent who I have never met. Her term helped me to avoid a lot of trouble on purchasing a house. I was having some complicated issues and about to lose my home. Ive repeatedly tried mortgage modifications but it was getting no where. Then I heard of a friend who did a short sale awhile back and referred me to her agent at the time, Grace Hsiung. At that time I didnt think my situation can qualify for a short sale, but Grace taught me how to write a proper hardship letter and the bank finally accepted. Grace walked me through the whole step and always kept me updated. Her excellent negotiation skills and local expertise really helped me push the process along with light speed. If you are planning to do a short sale in her specialized local area I highly recomment Grace!
