ZillowVERIFIED Grace Cunningham was an awesome realtor! We appreciated her expertise, professionalism, and keeping us up to date through the entire process. She sold our Statesville homestead for more than our asking price & since we live in Raleigh, it was a tremendous asset to be able to close remotely. We recommend Grace Cunningham very highly!

ZillowVERIFIED Grace was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect house! As first-time home-buyers, we knew we needed someone who had a good handle on the local markets and wouldn't mind working with us when we were living out of state, which Grace did. Grace not only negotiated on our behalf with the sellers on several issues, she was always very responsive via email, text, phone, and in-person. I would highly recommend working with Grace!

ZillowVERIFIED Grace was absolutely AWESOME to deal with. The best experience I've ever had with a realtor. She walked us through every step, from helping to determine an appropriate asking price through closing. She has a talent for taking great photos of your house, making it look really good for the listing. We had an offer within a week. After the offer, she helped us all the way through to closing, even assisting with minor repairs. If I ever need a realtor again, I would ONLY consider using Grace.

ZillowVERIFIED Grace did an excellent job of setting up all that was required to sell my home in Statesville while i was out of state. She followed through on each item, paid attention to detail, and represented my interests perfectly through the whole sales process. i doubt there are many agents who have the knowledge of the local real estate market, contacts to get inspections items completed, and work ethic to make the sale happen. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Grace is very personable as well as knowledgeable about the area surrounding Statesville. She showed us the houses we wanted to see and suggested additional properties she thought my husband and I would like. If she didn't suggest the house we purchased, I know we would still be looking. Great realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Great experience! She helped us purchase our first home and I just can't say enough about her. Great personality and really listened to what we wanted in a home. I had only met her once and by the second time we had went out to look at homes...she knew exactly what I was looking for and showed us the house that we have now purchased. Fantastic young lady and I would recommend her to anyone!
